I stumbled upon this massage shop while traveling here because of my back pain. A woman greeted me, and I opted for a one-hour deep tissue massage. She recommended a male masseur named Andy. This masseur was not only professional in his technique, but also very polite and patient, frequently asking if the pressure was sufficient during the massage. The massage on my shoulders, neck, and lower back provided a noticeable and satisfying relief. After the massage, my body aches were significantly reduced, and my fatigue disappeared. The experience far exceeded my expectations. If I have the chance to visit this city again, I will definitely return to this shop. I highly recommend this shop with its excellent service and reasonable prices to anyone looking to relax! ~ James l

Writing for my girlfriend. She was pretty impressed about her massage. She had other deep tissue massages which weren’t that great and basically just a little pressure. But this one included lots of kneeding and massaging deeply into potential inflammation spots and generally totally relaxing. It’s definitely super clean and Covid secure. They are using organic coconut oil and the lady asks you kindly if you prefer it harder or softer.. she is really careful on knee parts or on the back of the knee. She was impressed about that as usually others don’t care if someone is sensible there. A big plus also was that the lady asked if she wanted a male or female masseur. That’s vety respectful and again, most other masseur do not care. Will come back ✌🏼 ~ tyler w

My husband and I are so pleased with this place. We were a bit behind on schedule due to traffic. I phoned them and they were very understanding. Upon arrival, they were ready and the check-in went very smoothly. No time was wasted. I love the fact that they were very clean and the room smelt so good and the music was spot on. Helped with able to get right into Zen Mode. We are definitely coming back. They hit every spots that needed massage attention. One hour was not enough. I highly recommend their services. We did a couple massage at $130 -- it was so helpful because I called around and they beat everybody's prices. They definitely scored high on our list!!! Update: This place STILL rocks! Couples massage with my girlfriend today. Lucy and Andy were our masseurs. Just excellent all around. Lucy is really intuitive. I feel soooo relaxed and wonderful. Thank you! :) Previous review: This place rocks! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and I feel like the massage quality is killer value. For my massage (60 mins), Lucy took fantastic care of me. I was experiencing some neck tension that was causing me headaches. I let Lucy know and she gave me an amazing massage with extra care placed on my neck. Lucy is very strong and able to provide exceptionally firm pressure but is also able to be gentle if you communicate your preferences. Thanks so much Lucy - I will be back soon! ~ Westin H

Had a special for a "combo' foot massage for 60 minutes for my wife and I. Not sure what the combo massage included, but any massage is better than none, right? I was able to get in the same day right before closing. We were the only customers in the store and it was a fantastic experience! No Covid concerns at all! Extremely professional and comfortable massage for both of us. The 'combo' included a lot of time spent on the feet, but also included the head (that was the best part), shoulders (ok, that was the best part), back, legs, arms and hands. The whole experience was amazing! We'd been looking for something like this since moving from California where these kinds of foot/combo massages are all over the place. Not so much in Utah. We are so glad to have found Palm Spa Massage and will be back! ~ Doug G

Angel and Andy were awesome. It’s so nice to find massage therapists that actually know what they’re doing, know how to get out knots, and can actually apply deep pressure. Did a couples massage with my sister and they were like synchronized masseuses, was quite impressive. Only complaint was Angel was too set in her way of doing things, and twice when I pointed out a trouble spot I wanted her to focus on, she batted my hand away and said “I will” meaning she’d get to it later… but when she did finally get to it, she only spent a minute on it. Would’ve preferred she focus her time on the spots bothering me like I was showing her, my sister said Andy focused on her problem spots for the majority of the massage so they weren’t both like this. Will probably try Andy next time, but both were very good. Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area! ~ Robin J

My boyfriend and I went to get a couples massage here last month and it was fantastic! My boyfriend isn't off work till 8 and they even stayed open a little late for us. It was both of our first time's getting a professional massage and we felt amazing afterwards. They also have great prices! I literally called 25 massage places from SLC to Provo and they were the only one's who could work with our schedule. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who's thinking of going here. I would also say to pay cash since there might be a small charge to use a credit card ( not totally sure since I paid cash, just a precaution). ~ Kalei T

I am soooooo glad I accidentally found this place! My Sister and I had the most awesome massage we've ever had. We've been to several luxurious spas in Utah and Scottsdale, AZ, where my Sister lives and was visiting with our family this week. Those places are no competition for this little place of heaven! Our massage therapists were extremely kind, skilled and definitely know what they are doing. My Sister and I can't stop talking about how wonderful our massage was. 100% recommend this place!! Had a late massage with them. Lucy is who treated me. It was absolutely wonderful. I was so happy I cried. Literally. It smelled so lovely in there. Very clean. So kind and so caring. Energetically clean and sound. I feel truly amazing. The massage was incredible. To the point I involuntarily sighed a few times. She giggled and said that I purred. I’ve never had the most crucial places taken care of like that. My neck and my face. I wasn’t even expecting that. The squishy bits on the sides of my thighs. I can say enough. My wife and I just finished a full body couples massage. It more than filled our expectations. Being that my wife is pregnant, and I had just finished playing 4 hours of a pickleball tournament, they did an amazing job relieving all the stress and tensions in our bodies. To finish it off he pulled my at my arms and legs and got out some much needed tension in my joints as well. I really like this place. My husband and I get couple massages here. As a construction worker I really like hard massages and these women have very strong fingers. My husband likes softer massages and they treat him well too. There definitely is a girl who uses her phone, but I'm pretty sure it's a timer to tell them when to switch from one area to the next. I really liked the lights and sound machine they have in there. The room felt very relaxing, comfortable and clean. ~ Cherish F

I wish I could give these guys a⭐️10⭐️ review!!! It was the most relaxing massage I think I’ve ever had! I do hair for a living and the masseuse was able to target EXACTLY where I needed my tension released. He didn’t hold back on the pressure and was very aware in every detail through the massage. I had a massage with Angel and she was amazing. She really takes her time and focuses on getting every knot out!! you can tell she cares and knows what she’s doing. She asked about my job and made sure to work on the areas that get the most tension, which made such a difference. Super kind, super thorough, and overall just a really great experience. I've been to a number of massage places and this is one of the best messages I've ever had!!! After skiing I was super sore and achy around my neck, arms, and back so I came here to get a last minute massage. Ireen was amazing!!! I told her exactly the areas where I was sore and she tailored her massage to alleviate those areas. It was so good I got another hour done the same day. I'm feeling so much better now!!! ~ Sylvia P

My wife and I did a couples massage. We enjoyed the atmosphere. The decorations were simple and the piano/violin music was very relaxing. Both our massage people were very attentive to how we reacted to different things and adjusted well. I love this place. I have visited a few times now and have always left feeling relaxed. My upper back gets really tight from stress and they always seem to find the knots and work them out. The facility is clean and there is plenty of parking. Angel is my favorite however the other therapists are also very good. I would highly recommend paying them a visit, best to schedule an appointment as they can be busy. ~ John R

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. They really know how to give an enjoyable, relaxing massage. The only issue we had because it was our first time doing something like this and since there was a slight language barrier we weren't exactly sure how they wanted us to get ready in the room. This place is amazing! I barely had to wait at all when I arrived, even though I showed up early. The massage felt wonderful and definitely loosened up a lot of tension, especially in my lower back. I felt like a spaghetti noodle when I was finished. And the prices are great here as well. You definitely get what you pay for here. My massage therapist was incredible- he was very understanding of my initial hesitation of getting a massage from a man and he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The massage itself was also great- I couldn't even frown afterwards, I was so relaxed! Have you ever cried during a massage? In my opinion… it’s a sign of a talented, gifted massage therapist. It wasn’t just the emotion evoked, I was completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
